Sobre mí: Sofía Rigalt

Ingeniería, naturaleza y diseño al servicio de una vida más sostenible.

Soy Sofía Rigalt, consultora en diseño ecológico, ingeniería ambiental aplicada y sistemas sostenibles.

Ayudo a personas y empresas a transformar sus espacios y procesos para que sean más eficientes, saludables y respetuosos con la naturaleza, combinando ciencia, creatividad y sensibilidad humana.

Desde pequeña sentí una conexión profunda con los ecosistemas, con la forma en que se organizan, se regeneran y mantienen su equilibrio.

Con los años descubrí que ese mismo equilibrio —que vemos en un bosque o en un suelo fértil— también puede lograrse en nuestros hogares, empresas y comunidades.

Por eso nació Natural Solutions:
una propuesta donde la ingeniería se encuentra con la naturaleza para crear soluciones simples, inteligentes y sostenibles.

Mi formación y experiencia

Soy Ingeniera Agrónoma, especializada en:

  • diseño ecológico

  • sistemas agroforestales

  • eficiencia energética

  • análisis climático y de suelo

  • gestión del agua

  • permacultura aplicada

  • diseño de huertas orgánicas y sistemas productivos

  • gestión de residuos, compostaje y economía circular

Durante los últimos años trabajé como consultora independiente, diseñando proyectos de escala familiar y empresarial, y como docente y facilitadora de cursos de permacultura.

Realicé trabajos voluntarios y registros fotográficos en Brasil y Perú, donde investigué:

  • agricultura sintrópica

  • comunidades nativas

  • ecovillas

  • sistemas de educación ambiental

  • proyectos de conservación

  • redes de productores orgánicos

Estas experiencias ampliaron mi visión y le dieron profundidad a mi enfoque: ninguna solución es universal, todas deben adaptarse al territorio, a la cultura y a las personas.

Mi enfoque profesional

Trabajo desde tres principios:

1. Ecología aplicada

Todo diseño parte del conocimiento del ambiente: clima, suelo, agua, biodiversidad y recursos.

2. Eficiencia inteligente

Reducir consumo energético e hídrico, optimizar materiales y mejorar procesos.

3. Regeneración

No solo buscamos “dañar menos”, sino regenerar la tierra, los espacios y la calidad de vida.

Qué me diferencia

  • Integro ciencia y estética: diseño funcional pero también bello, armónico y humano.

  • Escucho profundamente tus necesidades antes de diseñar.

  • Pienso en sistemas, no en parches.

  • Creo soluciones escalables: desde una huerta en terraza hasta un plan ambiental para una empresa.

  • Busco resultados reales, no discursos verdes.

  • Trabajo con honestidad cruda: lo que funciona, funciona; lo que no, te lo digo sin vueltas.

Crear proyectos que respeten la naturaleza, que inspiren a las personas y que mejoren la vida cotidiana.

Mi visión

Un mundo donde los hogares, los negocios y los territorios funcionan como ecosistemas: eficientes, equilibrados, productivos y regenerativos.

Creo que todos podemos vivir de forma más consciente sin perder comodidad, belleza ni bienestar.
