Sobre mí: Sofía Rigalt

Ingeniería, naturaleza y diseño al servicio de una vida más sostenible.

Agronomía, ecología y territorio

Soy Sofía Rigalt, Ingeniera Agrónoma, y trabajo en proyectos vinculados con agricultura regenerativa, salud del suelo, bioinsumos, experimentación a campo y diseño de sistemas productivos y territoriales.

Mi recorrido combina formación científica, investigación agronómica, trabajo a campo y experiencias en sistemas productivos y regenerativos en distintos contextos.

Esa trayectoria fue construyendo una manera de trabajar basada en observar los sistemas, comprender sus relaciones y transformar principios regenerativos en estrategias que puedan probarse, medirse y mejorarse.

De la investigación al territorio

Mi formación como Ingeniera Agrónoma me dio una base científica para comprender los sistemas productivos desde el suelo, las plantas y sus interacciones con el ambiente.

Parte de mi recorrido estuvo vinculado con la investigación agronómica, participando en trabajos sobre Panicum coloratum y evaluación de materiales y sistemas forrajeros.

Esa experiencia fortaleció algo que sigue siendo central en mi trabajo: formular preguntas, comparar, observar y generar evidencia antes de sacar conclusiones.

Con el tiempo, esa mirada se amplió hacia la agricultura regenerativa, la agroecología, la permacultura y el diseño de sistemas.

Aprender de sistemas diferentes

Una parte importante de mi formación ocurrió fuera del aula.

Trabajé y participé en experiencias vinculadas con agroforestería, agricultura sintrópica, producción orgánica, horticultura y diseño regenerativo en Argentina y otros países.

El trabajo en Brasil y Tailandia, entre otros contextos, me permitió observar sistemas productivos bajo condiciones ambientales y culturales muy diferentes.

Más que incorporar recetas, esas experiencias me enseñaron a leer cada lugar desde sus propias condiciones: suelo, agua, clima, vegetación, producción y personas.

Una mirada sistémica, con los pies en el campo

Hoy integro ese recorrido en proyectos donde producción y regeneración necesitan encontrarse en decisiones concretas.

Trabajo sobre cuatro grandes áreas:

Agricultura regenerativa y salud del suelo
Diagnóstico y estrategias para mejorar el funcionamiento de sistemas productivos.

Bioinsumos y ensayos a campo
Diseño y seguimiento de pruebas que permitan evaluar tecnologías bajo condiciones reales.

Diseño de sistemas regenerativos
Planificación de territorios integrando suelo, agua, vegetación, biodiversidad y producción.

Consultoría ambiental
Diagnóstico y desarrollo de estrategias para organizaciones y proyectos que buscan mejorar su desempeño ambiental.

Mi objetivo no es aplicar una receta regenerativa, sino entender qué necesita cada sistema, diseñar una estrategia adecuada y generar información que permita evaluar si realmente funciona.

Regeneración con evidencia

Para mí, regenerar implica mejorar la capacidad de un sistema para sostener la vida y la producción en el tiempo.

Pero también implica poder observar esos cambios.

Por eso mi manera de trabajar combina conocimiento agronómico, observación del territorio, experimentación y medición.

Diagnosticar → Diseñar → Probar → Medir → Mejorar

Ese proceso conecta los distintos proyectos en los que trabajo, desde un ensayo agrícola hasta la planificación de un territorio o el diagnóstico ambiental de una organización.

Ciencia, experiencia y observación

No creo que exista una única forma de regenerar un sistema.

Cada territorio tiene una historia, recursos, limitaciones y objetivos diferentes.

Mi trabajo consiste en hacer las preguntas correctas, entender esas condiciones y diseñar estrategias que puedan ponerse a prueba en la realidad.

Porque la regeneración no debería ser solamente una intención.

Debería poder observarse.

Mi misión

Crear proyectos que respeten la naturaleza, que inspiren a las personas y que mejoren la vida cotidiana.

Mi visión

Un mundo donde los hogares, los negocios y los territorios funcionan como ecosistemas: eficientes, equilibrados, productivos y regenerativos.

Trabajemos juntos

Trabajo con productores, empresas, instituciones y equipos interdisciplinarios en proyectos donde agronomía, producción y regeneración necesitan encontrarse.
